 日益严苛的环保要求和新材料、新技术的迅猛发展,使电动汽车的发展进入高潮。在进行电动汽车开发和制造工作的同时,必须前瞻性地考虑

  电动汽车相关配套设施的建设。只有系统化地构建电动汽车相关配套设施的建设,才能为电动汽车市场的扩张提供强有力的支撑。在电动汽车的相关配套设施中充电站的建设是极为重要的。我国电动汽车充电设施试点工程已建成多座充电站和上万台交流充电桩,覆盖全国多个省市。 目前电动汽车充电设施建设主要有两种方式,一是占用较大场地的充电站方式,二是占用空间比较小的离散充电桩方式,这两种方式都存在一定的不足。充电站方式可以满足目前市场上要求的直流充电和交流充电方式,但是在日益紧张的市区空间很难有合适的地方建设,只能选址市郊;而占用空间不大的离散桩,只能对带车载充电机的电动汽车进行充电。

  日前,青海首座光储一体化电动汽车充电站在海北藏族自治州西海镇建成,集成了光伏发电、智能充电桩、储能电池等多项先进技术。

  据了解,光储一体化电动汽车充电站为青海省科技厅2015年度科技支撑计划项目,总投资约200万元(人民币),为永久性充电站。其中,光伏装机容量为35KW,日发电量约200度,储能装机容量150KWH,充电桩12座,可为国内外各主流品牌电动汽车提供直流快充、交流慢充服务。

  该充电站配备了锌溴液流储能电池,突破了光伏电站无法在夜间为电动汽车充电的瓶颈,使电动汽车真正使用到绿色无污染的新能源电力。

  但该充电站占地面积大,光储设备在城市及日照不充足地区仍诸多弊端,且造价略高,这就是为何充电式路灯在城市投入中颇受欢迎的原因。

  对电动汽车一体化充电站构想

  产品在满足标准对电动汽车充电桩技术要求的基础上,强化充电机电气安全、数据安全设计和环境及电磁兼容性能的设计,具有故障充电模块自动剔除、无线组网等功能。令产品采用模块化设计,有利于产品维护,同时减少空间的使用率,使得充电站整体空间更小,节省占地面积,节约资金成本。

  电动汽车一体化充电机在空闲状态下进行充电模块自检,当某一模块存在可控状态下的报警时,依然可以进行正常的充电流程,监控系统可将故障信息发送到后台,以便进行维护处理。 当电动汽车需要充电时,用户将充电卡放置刷卡区,根据画面提示通过键盘进行相应操作,连接充电接口,选择充电模式,启动充电过程。在上述过程中,总控单元检测充电接口连接状态,如果连接状态不正常,则无法启动充电。同时,在充电过程中,显示区的充电指示灯点亮。总控单元实时监测充电电压、充电电流、充电接口连接状态、充电开关状态等,在异常或故障时断开 充电开关,并报警。

  未来充电设备的市场在中国非常广阔,光储充电站已经投入使用,那么未来风能、水能储电也不是不可想象的。

A few days ago, the first Qinghai integrated electric vehicle charging station was built in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, West Sea town, integrated with many advanced technologies, such as photovoltaic power generation, intelligent charging pile, energy storage battery and so on.

It is understood that the light storage integrated electric vehicle charging station is the 2015 science and technology support plan project of the Qinghai provincial science and Technology Department, with a total investment of about 2 million yuan (RMB), which is a permanent charging station. Among them, the PV installed capacity is 35KW, the daily power generation capacity is about 200 degrees, the energy storage capacity is 150KWH, and the charging pile is 12. It can provide direct current charging and exchange slow charge service for all the mainstream brands of electric vehicles at home and abroad.

The charging station is equipped with a zinc bromine liquid energy storage battery, which breaks through the bottleneck that the photovoltaic power station can not charge for the electric vehicle at night, so that the electric vehicle is really used in the green and pollution-free energy power.

But the charge station occupies a large area, and the light storage equipment still has a lot of disadvantages in the areas of inadequate city and sunshine, and the cost is slightly higher. This is why the charging street lamps are very popular in the urban investment.

Conception of electric vehicle integrated charging station

On the basis of meeting the technical requirements of electric vehicle charging pile, the product will strengthen the electrical safety of the charger, the design of data safety and the design of the environment and electromagnetic compatibility. It has the functions of automatic rejection of the fault charging module and the wireless networking. The product is designed by modularization, which is beneficial to the maintenance of the product, at the same time reducing the use rate of space, making the whole space of the charging station smaller, saving the area and saving the cost of capital.

The electric vehicle integrated charger is self checked in the idle state. When a module has a controllable alarm, it can still carry on the normal charging process. The monitoring system can send the fault information to the backstage, so as to carry out the maintenance and processing. When the electric car needs to be recharged, the user puts the charge card into the card area, according to the screen prompting the corresponding operation through the keyboard, connecting the charging interface, selecting the charging mode and starting the charging process. In the above process, the total control unit detects the connection state of the charging interface, and if the connection state is not normal, it can not start charging. Meanwhile, during the charging process, the charging indicator light in the display area is lit. The total control unit monitors the charge voltage, the charging current, the connection state of the charging interface, the state of the charging switch and so on. The charging switch is disconnected and the alarm is disconnected in the case of abnormal or failure.

In the future, the market of charging equipment is very broad in China. The light storage charging station has already been put into use. So the future energy storage of wind energy and water power is not unimaginable.
